In addition to this information, users can see a more detailed view for each job in the Job Analytics section. This information includes the Job title, Client name and the data regarding each recruitment stage as well as the Time to hire for a specific role. Here users have the flexibility to refine their view by Searching for a job title, Filter by Client, Recruiters and Date (From - To).

Navigate to the 'Analytics' page and click on the 'KPIs' card, which will direct you to the KPI Analytics page. Here, users can visualise the Company KPIs over a specified period, typically the last 3 months by default. Users have the flexibility to refine their view by applying filters such as Categories, Users, and Date (From - To), tailoring the graph to their specific requirements. Additionally, users can personalise their analysis by choosing which KPIs to show on the graph, focusing on the ones that matter most for the timeframe they're interested in.
At the top right corner of the graph, options are available to download the data in CSV, PNG, or SVG formats for further analysis or reporting purposes.
As users scroll down, they can explore a detailed table of KPIs, which can be filtered by selecting a specific week. Furthermore, users have the option to see their own KPIs along with that of other users, facilitating deeper insights and helping the company spot areas for improvement and strengths to build upon.
